This ryobi 18v battery grinder is another good budget tool and is probably the best value out there. It may not be the best overall but almost everything else at their price range is junk. Ryobi have been making quality tools for a good few years now so if your looking for a cheap grinder for light jobs then this is certainly worth considering.
